Types of Network

A computer network is a group of interconnected nodes or computing devices that exchange data and resources with each other. A network connection between these devices can be established using cable or wireless media. Many types of Computer Network. Example :- BAN, PAN, HAN, NAN, LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN, CAN, GAN etc.

कंप्यूटर नेटवर्क एक समूह है जिसमें आपस में जुड़े हुए नोड्स या कंप्यूटिंग डिवाइस होते हैं जो एक-दूसरे के साथ डेटा और संसाधनों का आदान-प्रदान करते हैं। इन डिवाइसों के बीच नेटवर्क कनेक्शन को केबल या वायरलेस मीडिया का उपयोग करके स्थापित किया जा सकता है। कंप्यूटर नेटवर्क के कई प्रकार होते हैं। उदाहरण: – BAN, PAN, HAN, NAN, LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN, CAN, GAN आदि।

BAN (Body Area Network):

एक बॉडी एरिया नेटवर्क (BAN) एक वायरलेस नेटवर्क है जिसमें ऐसे डिवाइस होते हैं जिन्हें शरीर पर पहना जा सकता है या शरीर में प्रत्यारोपित किया जा सकता है। BAN का उपयोग महत्वपूर्ण संकेतों और अन्य शारीरिक डेटा की निगरानी करने के लिए किया जाता है।

PAN (Personal Area Network):

एक पर्सनल एरिया नेटवर्क (PAN) एक ऐसा नेटवर्क है जो एक व्यक्ति के कार्यक्षेत्र में डिवाइसों को जोड़ता है। PAN वायर्ड या वायरलेस हो सकते हैं, और आमतौर पर कंप्यूटर, स्मार्टफोन और प्रिंटर जैसे डिवाइसों को कनेक्ट करने के लिए उपयोग किए जाते हैं।

MAN (Metropolitan Area Network):

It connects multiple LANs (Local Area Networks) within a specific geographic area, allowing for high-speed data transfer. MANs typically use fiber optics or wireless connections and support businesses or organizations in a region.

WANs are essential for businesses, organizations, and the internet, supporting global data transfer and connectivity.
